Preparing to Move

As you prepare for your move, it's essential to schedule your utilities to be transferred to your name, coinciding with your move-in inspection day. Please arrange for this changeover at least one week in advance. If your move-in inspection is scheduled for a weekend, ensure that the utilities are switched over by the preceding Friday.

This step is especially critical during winter to prevent any damage, such as frozen pipes, due to a lack of heating. Timely coordination of these services will ensure your home is comfortable and ready as soon as you arrive.

Move-in Inspection

On your Move-in Inspection Day, we'll finalize the last steps to welcome you into your new home. This important day involves completing the remaining paperwork, taking before pictures of the property for our records, and handing over the keys to your new residence.

We aim to make this process efficient and thorough, typically taking just under an hour to complete. Understanding the logistics of moving, we prorate the rent for the month, and as a courtesy, the first day of your lease is on us. This gesture is our way of acknowledging the effort that goes into moving and settling in.
